Corporate Policies
- Corporate Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 7 days in advance will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Cancellations received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 30% of the service price. Cancellations received less than 4 days before the scheduled service will be assessed a cancellation fee that is 50% of the service price. The full service price will be due for any cancellations received less than 3 days before the scheduled service. These rates apply to partial (reducing the service time) and full cancellations. - Changes and Rescheduling
Once the massage therapist(s) have been confirmed for the scheduled service, any changes or rescheduling will incur a $25 administrative fee (per service provider, per shift, per day). Rescheduling requests received less than 7 days before the scheduled service will be treated as a cancellation - please see the above cancellation policy for details.

- Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to stay on time and accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
